* @" L' ?6 R8 X( PThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

: b% {. n. V8 x- e; T! C-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
" U! G, ]+ x/ [+ p4 H-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
) G& B) [4 V& n: O! d-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
$ H, p0 d/ N/ g. `' p. i, r-        Building and managing supplier relationships
4 f+ `+ K5 N) y' M" q# R-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

5 L' I0 W) A9 F7 V  c7 \5 k; dRequirements:
- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
8 B. D& \, I/ f- Friendly and outgoing personality
9 l- O7 j. q! S: y% i1 B  E- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- p2 t3 M! O4 A9 k! m- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
' v& z$ h3 F" z7 n& e# M- T" O- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
