工作职责
' I+ e. K/ H5 W% E7 aŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
0 I5 x2 e5 J  FŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: m4 K2 k* k$ ]0 {) }" LŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
8 k6 r4 H. d# TŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
1 l# E/ z9 S$ Y+ ?6 L; _8 CŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% |: H  _% z" i# }! |4 h& _Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
5 }! D4 _9 l) u+ e7 BŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

  X1 {% L) H% Q# \) |7 i9 J, `5 FŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
: ?" S% `! ]0 @$ sŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
2 z1 l% l6 D# s' H9 b; {Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
" N4 V! g3 T) w, B5 aŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
