Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports& L: O6 X) Z* @. k' K/ j
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
6 B+ ^! y2 K$ ^Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers1 j% P! {. b" l5 B

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

2 t3 k: J) n% P- eExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail" c* v S- a: a& Q. c8 G ~
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
