Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
; z$ P. Z  D4 H& M& |1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
7 h. t1 p: `, B# z! q/ w+ N2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
, i0 U, |& C; ]" V& _6 \* g3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 h) N& D) w! U* T. b+ V) F& B. D. i4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
7 t! p/ a9 d) H+ j; G6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
" X/ @9 B  G) x9 ^" L9 h: }7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)

. c' [* b$ y5 g9 Y0 G3 Z- A4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
