Tasks
        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
; J( x% V. h, c' m, Q5 G* Y         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
# k6 a. R' B5 Z! z         Generate reports.
: U( z0 {( e6 _         Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
( i& B  O# F* n  t. x& d         Monitor and order office supplies.
        Container information update
        Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
8 ~# J2 J7 _1 G' @: T: W         Strong verbal and written English.
        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
