Housing Program Worker

. _+ y1 c: U' j7 S3 ?' t( KKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
5 q7 j/ k; O- r; B: i To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
. b" j& Z2 ^& b To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
; n6 S3 n/ O& G9 D; | To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
+ _; J( ], e/ _! R Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
