We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

6 H6 x) K( Z  ]" z, ?        University Degree, or
5 n# C" A; @. j        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
# v; T& n/ i9 G. n% g        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
5 L5 j$ S( p) X7 \2 n- I        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
$ E) k# N' R/ l8 a        Procurement and service contract management;
2 h/ Y6 L5 I% O) e0 S7 f& ]        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
