Job Duties / Responsibilities
, X2 ?+ e7 v' E; b8 I2 C4 p! IThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
: m  J6 M2 t7 h9 y- w1 l9 a: Z• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
. u* {; v7 i. O  K) F: z; K/ m3 }• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
; U; d0 N6 r/ u, U• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

1 N3 @+ J2 h) VEducation / Experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
2 |9 f# j9 s% L2 c  x4 Y• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
) o) \+ H) m9 h& @: x( p• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
" W& N- ?; b0 e/ {4 q• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
