烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

4 h) x) m" E+ R1 ^- b, _& n5 y3 s• 1 cup sugar
8 }" w1 X- {4 U; S8 d7 c% E3 K• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)

• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder ) V) s. D; Q9 n/ w6 A
• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:. H7 g5 s) Z- @, t4 D& M
Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.
) x/ i+ `) T; [! c% k" ?9 ^Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
6 k$ ~+ [+ ^( o' TBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.1 {! A; u5 R* A) E3 v/ S

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。+ L S: x- p8 e# F7 |- ~, I

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
