我最近刚刚得到了一个学校的international adminssion specialist这个职位的interview,　因为非常喜欢这个position，　我以前就在这个学校读书，　对它非常的熟悉，所以很希望能拿下这个offer.

最后，我一直都很不确定怎么回答这个问题 " how do you motivate yourself?"　我回答是应该注重在专业方面还是更personal?

The Office of the Registrar is seeking a full-time continuing International Admissions Specialist at the City Centre Campus. Reporting to the Manager, International Admissions & Enrolment the incumbent will be responsible for assisting determining accessibility to college programs by evaluating, analyzing and interpreting academic credentials and matching student applications against approved admission criteria and pertinent policies and procedures. In addition, update the student information system with all information submitted and/or all decisions made so that applicants/students may view their current status and information on-line. The incumbent photocopies, files, pulls files, phones applicants and mail-outs and emails to applicants.
) U, P4 h) Q& k/ r) g) AThe successful applicant must possess critical thinking, conflict resolution and collaborative decision making abilities. It is essential for applicants to have strong oral and written communication combined with excellent time management skills with great attention for detail and accuracy. Applicants must be familiar with computer software, e-mail, internet and database programs, with preference given to those with direct experience with student information systems (preferably Colleague). Applicants are required to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and must encompass a strong student/customer service focus with sensitivity to race, ethnicity, religion and culture.
The successful candidate will have a post secondary diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a post secondary environment.
