as for your question of which tv program is the best for improving your english, I do not think there is an answer that all of us will agree. Because all kinds of programs have their unique places that attract you. My point is that if any program is enjoyable, just watch it, no matter what kind it belongs to. Nowadays most people are watching olympics, that is good, a lot of interviews, a lot of comments, all of them are helpful for your listening, eventually to your speaking. good luck to your english study.

追梦网特别好，我推荐给朋友的。他去年用了，每项都在26分以上，那有最新真题。

IBT is short for TOFEL IBT. It means TOFEL internet based test
