. N# J8 B- u, \Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
0 D! k: ^$ B! }& V- Provide orientation for parents
' E; Z# w6 g' ]  Z# N6 e- Find sponsors to enhance program
8 b$ X& X: U. ?7 G5 b- n" ~+ r% z4 E( T4 b' M- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

5 {& Z5 f# z/ F4 w3 F+ OQualifications:
' X) u) ]9 C. i0 Z- [- o3 G
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
/ b0 T$ X1 }1 M- |% \: d' R- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
7 A+ x7 u" J9 |/ A- i- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
8 Q$ Y: v, M$ i/ o6 Z- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
