Our client is currently seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician or Millwright
The responsibilities are as follows:

0 e2 G$ K# H( C- x3 OMaintenance Systems Technician

: a' K5 x( `" n5 P& U- Repair, refurbishment, and construction of state of the art CNC/PLC based manufacturing equipment including mechanical, controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a high volume manufacturing environment.
$ V' F4 S  t3 `) a6 K
! a$ s, V  A4 o- The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment and repair of all production equipment and facilities as per ISO/TS 16949 system procedures.  - Also responsible for the assembly, debugging, installation, and start up of new or modified production equipment from the perspective of mechanical assembly, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls installation.

- Responsible for ensuring an organized and well equipped maintenance department from the perspective of housekeeping and project organization.  

  G9 S3 ^( w2 b" d/ p# t- Candidates will play an integral role in the completion of equipment and facilities projects as well as facilitate planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs in the production environment.  

' O" m. g+ W0 G! B8 O: [* o- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills as applied to CNC and/or PLC based equipment required.

Must be willing to work all three shifts, rotating as necessary.

% ]% ]; }4 h/ e& |, f' ^8 F5 RThis position requires excellent communication, negotiating, and problem solving skills.  Knowledge of PLC, CNC, Electrical and Mechanical Systems preferred.  Knowledge of TS16949 standards with respect to APQP, PPAP, and QOS is a definite asset.
