0 F# T- I+ U2 n4 N$ }Key Responsibilities:
7 g2 s  g! J5 c  } To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
2 B2 }$ f7 m3 O* K: { To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
% P  F2 T0 _1 _8 A. ^) H To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
9 b/ F: U$ f- j, f8 _ To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
; K" I8 z: W7 B; a" a+ j 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
. p* O6 [% G/ n  q1 c- g) p' h Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
