Integrated Employability Skills Training gives immigrants the essential
& O& V& P8 F' @( c5 s- _skills needed for success in the Alberta workplace. This 5-month funded
1 \, Q5 Z* y) b. N7 ?; ?- t- hprogram combines classroom-based training with work site visits and work& N9 t* Q, t6 o2 h) e
experience placements in high-demand semi-skilled occupations, such as0 W9 ?6 T3 f U) L* o6 M
warehousing, customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, food
0 W+ N0 T2 \1 Sservices and others.

Candidates for this funded program must be landed immigrants, Canadian0 [ i, N4 X8 j4 S* _2 g; H, a
citizens or refugees who are eligible to work in Canada and who have:

* Basic literacy and numeracy skills and some secondary or post-7 F8 N' M: A% z! h" n

* A genuine interest in finding permanent employment in a high-demand
