: v2 \* C0 G/ {  N/ y$ Z* s% wWe are currently recruiting for the following production operator positions within our Cutting, Computer Numeric Controls (CNC) and Heat Treatment departments.

- D; d) P) R' ?$ M3 r/ [! ZCutting: Using NC controlled multi and single head oxy-fuel cutting machines to shape and bevel products from several grades of heat treatable bar and plate steel.
; Q/ k4 k% |: A4 gCNC: CNC involves machining parts using horizontal milling centers from HAAS and DMG. Cutting bar product with NC controlled Hydmek saws and using hydraulic punches.
. K% Q1 ]! R) C9 ^Heat Treatment: Using walking beam furnaces, and batch ovens to quench and temper finished product. Secondary processes involves straightening, painting and labeling of customer specific products.

: i* Q, I( `* ]6 k- j! n; Y9 JWe are looking for candidates who possess the following characteristics or skills:

o Team player
9 D& n2 N: m$ a2 y2 {: _. a/ no Safety advocate
o Basic math aptitude

Experience that would be considered an asset includes:
: p! {) A5 R! j6 j* s( r# W; no Exposure to a production facility
* F8 d' |/ f5 n) l: F1 {' G0 P; u+ Eo Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes
o Understanding blueprints, geometric tolerances, metallurgy and computer numerical controls (CNC) equipment


  @  u6 W( N& D0 b7 N. Z3 _Candidates must be flexible to work morning, afternoon and night shift rotations.
