We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
1 |3 P8 y9 s- d1 P        University Degree, or
% `; e5 J- R. Y; W6 O" Z  Q        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
5 _) V0 k9 M/ _4 E, I' U        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
7 {+ @9 ^7 s% U# G1 H        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
' m7 m) A& H, |4 J( c        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
