We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

6 J3 }# H! n1 N- zEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

# m; i8 K' S+ v: UOther requirements:
) y; y! K( A/ t4 n+ I( E8 s- R* D        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( \% A  w2 j- ~        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
0 T7 Q5 @% e; V        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
