We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
4 d, J: S+ p- I) D3 Q        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  g+ O% \" }: O% C; R6 hOther requirements:
% B. s( X0 G, N5 M8 t        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
# p$ {3 R2 I8 S9 c. v2 p: A1 s$ }        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
8 ~  k" f- P6 x* W        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
3 X. }1 i2 H1 A2 _        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
