2 r- g0 `" i# kC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
( G: T3 C' E( a! Q•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
- G8 b/ E1 i! S4 u- Z•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
* r& `' @+ X( X5 T( ^' y1 z$ p& a•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
4 @$ B# q( k3 `  o: M$ Y3 k% h•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
8 f; ^& y9 A6 z& ]: }•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
  p$ J- [* t* E& _•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 c+ I; Y3 ^7 b+ y9 Z•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
7 |& c# O" ^! b" s) ?$ I•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
. \  C9 \- K* i6 d+ NDesirable Requirements:
# f( Z0 e' T) J2 X•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
