The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors.  Responsibilities include:: s: _0 q7 i' G" k! F

·         Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.) i/ I% a2 U' A* ^- V7 S

·         Reconciling monthly purchases on Corporate Procurement Cards.

R, q4 ]·         Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications.  Z  z7 K! j3 d' s" o2 I

·         Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including some lifting, bending, and carrying material.

21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.. y5 Y  A. g* n2 [1 u. C
