Help needed: parents traveling

My parents are planning to go back to China on Aug. 16.  They don't speak English. All the help they would need is to have someone take them to the right boarding gate.  If you happen to travel to Vancouver Airport or make a connection in Vancouver Airport and would like to help, could you please let me know.

实在找不到人同行也不要担心, 温各华机场有很多工作人员说国语的.
