Garage door opener 故障, 哪位先進可以給點意見

家裡的garage door opener 故障, 請各位先進不吝指點一下該如何修理

最初時, 操作關門後門下降至剩下約一呎時停止, 又自動回升, 我以為是轉動機件不順, 遂用手幫助往下拉即可關門. 經此數次之後, 某次開門時, 門上升一呎後停止, 又自動下降, 關門也是一樣的情況. 我以為是轉動中有東西卡住, 將機盒打開卻看不出所以然, 多試幾次之後, 現在門索性完全不動了, 只是發出 buzz, buzz 兩聲, 好像是門想開卻開不動, 於是要關卻也關不動, 經我檢查, 應該是電容器 capacitor 發出的聲音.

我的疑問: 是不是電容器壞了? 換個新電容器可修好嗎? 如果是其他機件故障, 會是什麼呢? 希望不是馬達線圈燒了, 我沒有看到燒焦的痕跡或聞到味道.

我的 garage door opener 挺有些年代了, 所以門的軌道兩邊沒有看到什麼 sensor, 故不是 sensor 遭到阻擋使門誤動作.

以上問題, 請各位電工先進協助, 不勝感激

先把链条断开，看电机是否空载启动。若可以，就是电容。
可能我是错的，不过我看不大像。

如果电容没有坏，可能是ENCODE坏了

For your info:

As the garage door opener is old, I assume your door is old as well. So first thing to do, checkit manually if there is a mechanical problem. Most time it is a broken Spring or mechancal jam somewhere.

To check it manually, it needs to seperate the door opener chain and garage door. Usually it has a pullcord with a latch. Pull the cord down, it will seperate the door opener. Make sure there is no body under the garage as the door may smash to the ground to hurt someoneles if you have a borken spring.

Then, use you hand to open and close the door by hands, it shall move smoothly, does not need too much force to be up or down. If it could not open or close, you may need to check Coil Spring above the garage door. If double door, you have 2 springs. Check springs at both side to see if it broke. The spring tension is to carry the weight of the door. and then check if there is any jam somewhere. Loosing screws and bend track... lube it tracks and joints if possible.

Then you may check the motor when the door is detached to see if the motor is still runnning.

If all above things are all good, you may put opener back, and try to adjust the "tesnison"
or "torque" of the motor. (Not recommended). At this point, I assume the gearbox inside the door opener is broken, and you need to buy a new one.

But by all means, I would like to recommend you to have a garage door specialist to come over to check out, not an electrician like me. It is very dangerous as the spring tension can easily damage your whole door and hurt someonelse.

Furthermore, the garage door specialist charges less than a normal electrican, but he has way more experience to do the job safely.

sorry.我忘了旧的DOOR是不用ENCODER的而用LIMIT SWITCH。
你的情况，很有可能要检查LIMIT SWITCH。

Hi, thanks a lot for your kind reply. Sorry for giving you my answer now as I just got home.

I did check the spring, chain, track, etc. of the garage door and they all seemed to be "normal." In fact, I could open and close the door by and smoothly and easily. So I guess the mechanical part of the door is okay. I did also adjust the torque and force switches and it didn't work either. That is when I felt it must be the motor. Then I opened the gearbox and found that the capacitor made 2 sounds like buzz when I tried to open the door again. I assume one buzz is trying to open, and when failed, the other one trying to close the door. I think I will replace the capacitor first and see if it solve the problem. If not, then I will contact a specialist.

感謝你多次的回覆, 這裡的朋友真的很熱心. 我正在想 Encode (or encoder?) 會不會是一個 chip, 如果是, 那可能就要在電子板上找, 從機組上拆電子板就麻煩了. 既然是 limit switch, 不知道他大概是什麼樣子或是在什麼位置, 比如說在馬達或是電容器的前或後方, 還是電子板的附近呢?

Again, I think I forgot to answer about this one: Then you may check the motor when the door is detached to see if the motor is still runnning.

When the door is detached "to the opening system" (by pulling the pullcord to let down the door), the motor doesn't work either.

另外, 你是說此狀態下若馬達會動, 就是電容器故障嗎? 這個電容器是 53 ~ 64 MDF 220V, 若電容器壞掉, 只靠外部 110 V 的電可以直接驅動馬達嗎? 且電容器好像是在馬達之前, 若電容器壞掉, 電可以傳到馬達嗎? sorry, 我小時候學的物理全部還給老師了,　所以問些笨問題, 請見諒.

I think you are the right track.

The motor may not run if:

The capacitor of the motor is not good, it will not start the motor, but you may hear the humming noise.

The winding of the motor is shorted.

The decoder or relay to energize the motor is Not work.

The gearbox attached the motor is jam or broken inside.
