Primary Focus  
The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
Responsibilities  
7 E% Z  m2 h- O2 m The primary responsibilities are to:

-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.
7 Z  C. Y6 C) M6 K7 @8 e
-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

5 y6 k) W" B7 C/ f7 BServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

! G3 ?- t9 O9 h( [( h- JEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.

7 L- j" m- X2 |  q9 pMaintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
/ U" E# G1 w& z0 a Qualifications  
  z. ^0 [2 A4 V  b6 J& k; C1 v. B2 e Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Requires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

. M0 `( A) j: r; [# M) HSelf-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

; z3 K; h' ]# V. e( oProject management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

2 v% Y2 [* k- y9 B& [A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
