9 D& ]3 u6 \, f- K( _7 G/ f  b% I0 S Reporting to the Supervisor, Corporate IT Operations, the successful candidate for this position position will be accountable for ensuring the ongoing success of the Enbridge Inc. business areas by providing IT services and support.  / i+ m* U1 \2 {% I9 F  I8 q& \( b

Responsible for incident and problem management by ensuring incident and problem escalations from various business areas are resolved quickly and effectively:
' ?0 ~# ]8 H: t4 ]# s# P% _* Communicate status of incidents and problems.
; d6 l" N( {# N* Facilitate resolution and escalation of incidents.
& _( @$ f2 {/ u. X- N" G* Follow up with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
8 o2 D( e4 \7 @' p" _1 H* Ensure incidents and problems related to IT services provided by other business units are resolved, communicated and documented in a timely manner. 0 I2 q/ M5 g; C& F5 d& {8 e+ y2 B4 L

Manage customer requests:
1 L' T( M2 z/ s0 N* Prioritize based on customer requirements, time dependencies, IT's ability to provide a solution, the current backlog of requests and the needs of Enbridge as a whole.
0 i4 d5 N1 F: X/ V  j4 t* p/ `) Z, M  ^  l- U7 {
Responsible for application support for Enbridge Inc and enterprise-wide implementations including:
- c7 x) N# u) d* l# p* Software configuration, patches, upgrades, enhancements, training and documentation. * U$ X. u" o& H% k/ e* [
* Ensure applications are monitored and alerts are responded to according to service and operating level agreements.
6 S9 }8 F, H5 J" V! H  [* Administer and audit application specific accounts and permissions.

7 r) r, l8 `9 ?& @Establish a strong understanding of business areas to ensure that IT requirements meet the needs of the business and are adequately and appropriately represented and supported:

4 P) n! K% K3 C1 Y& \7 x8 U5 z* Project activities: solution research, planning, testing, training and implementation activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and IT support: 0 ^8 y; ]; j# h: c2 i- _, d
* Provide primary support for the services we provide to our Calgary area customers. & t; b/ `' Q  h" @7 V
* Provide VIP support for Executive, Board or Directors & Trustees and Corporate Secretariat as required.

Provide audio visual support for Calgary office boardrooms and meeting rooms including: ; d: w+ \& M) o
* Provide Incident resolution support. # o0 Z4 q4 E. @( z! I4 b
* Test and train on projectors, smartboards, audio conferencing equipment.
9 y; ?! r, V: a' K# M* Coordinate proactive maintenance with third party support vendor. 1 m! q: b2 Y5 s% }

5 a% x9 \* Y4 }2 I3 }Engage in Continual Service Improvement:
3 I- z) L& [( C; m* Document solutions and operating procedures.
* K  ]4 B! i( \+ O$ z* Mentor and train entry level team members, co-op and summer students.

Qualifications  
. n4 u( E( @" V* Z. V A university degree or diploma in Computing Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline. 0 O8 n/ ^% g% l$ N1 m5 R$ ]

' m8 G3 c0 C) C6 I' C9 j; {, m4 PA minimum of 5 years of related work experience.  * v$ d. X* ]$ Y! C7 N$ ^2 S5 Y
% u' L' k" t4 Y7 F0 j
Customer service and application support experience in a corporate office environment is required.
8 V. N2 C/ V0 s/ r  E6 O
4 Q5 x5 T5 k+ zStrong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving are required.Website administration and application support experience is required (IIS7, HTML, Javascript etc.).
3 m% u# M4 ?4 I- t  o# \: V# `7 [9 o7 i
Sharepoint site administration experience is preferred.Sharepoint designer and Sitecore web design and administration experience is an asset. ASP .Net programming background is an asset. ' h1 \9 Z" t% t7 L! s
