You will utilize the latest technology, in conjunction with your excellent problem-solving and communication skills, to troubleshoot and resolve Customer concerns. Your commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service is essential.

In this position, you will:

Provide service to TELUS customers.( D3 q5 o: r0 |  ^
Identify customer requirements; initiate and/or update systems to ensure successful order completion and service delivery
) @0 |2 Y, c  `& sHandle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner/ r7 E+ C# M9 p
& J5 ]1 f4 k5 _. G; [7 c

Qualifications  
3 @: l# N5 ]) eRequired Knowledge:
$ g3 x# }6 h$ p7 A) y- J0 s8 _2 E6 K, s$ k  X# U
Technical knowledge of data/IP products and services.
3 e3 W( B# I$ k. P  q2 wTechnical knowledge of voice products and services is an asset.! F# d' u, g) y& ~2 X9 k* d% z
Technical knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and technological/industry trends.
5 J; s! s2 G1 ]. ?Familiarity with trouble reporting systems is an asset.
) l6 ?. F5 j6 t/ _7 K5 ^Successful experience in a customer service environment.
: ]/ T& o3 d# I5 EWorking knowledge of Personal Computer business software and/or corporate systems is considered an asset.

据说还有个要求:员工要经过正在罢工的人群,才能进入大楼。不知道情况有改善了没有?

% B; E+ s; u3 e& R* |现在罢工已经结束了,这周已经陆续恢复工作了,所以也就没有这个问题了
