可是书上好象只对<＝16岁的做了规定啊：According to the law in Alberta, it is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers under the age of 16 years are properly restrained in the vehicle. If the passengers are not properly restrained, then the driver may receive a seat belt fine.

那如果开车出去，司机要保证车子里面所有的人都迹好安全带？有人故意不纪安全带，司机岂不是要吃罚单？好像说不通啊。。。。。。

16周岁以下的,司机吃罚单,否则,自己吃罚单.
