# }, S# |! w! u9 [. u; OCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
8 \  O3 t6 J: Y" WTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
2 @( [! ~8 X$ l; r4 c*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Duties:
6 [, u+ A- N: L2 X9 n4 B. FTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
0 T: z, S! l) t/ ~; V3 w; \! g
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
. [6 G2 m1 E# D) e1 p1 { Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
. L" @; y( g; f& ^  X0 u Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
! Z: \- {7 A2 X Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
, N8 ~$ p1 S" I5 Q4 n$ l# L( h- ] Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

2 ^6 u) t1 i# n- ~Attitude/Skills Requirements

5 B0 j; @( v$ ?& b  o Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
: d$ L& s' X! N) R, R Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
, d1 C5 U8 d: V2 Q4 }3 B3 G1 e Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
