Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
$ Q% M& K' @& B6 ?4 iCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
8 Y+ }4 ]% b' e! YCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

4 W3 S. E% `. H8 [ Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
# @# L6 {2 Z* s$ I1 V! x8 b* [ Take attendance if available
0 ^3 b; l0 ]) a9 a. w6 { Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
( D' Y! d2 c% h. Z5 C6 w Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
* N, k4 T3 ]" L6 N% n Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
) Q8 w; [0 t5 }3 y; }, i Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
9 `+ Z0 O" ?2 s, x Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
& S( V0 q  \" y) G- I7 Y' n) ? Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
, q& O$ C% i; N( A$ T/ ` Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

+ D5 B: e$ t  }, Y  |+ W1 nAttitude/Skills Requirements

+ q5 j2 O% B6 m8 F+ k1 _0 f( L: ? Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
1 L3 N3 g1 R& @1 i0 x2 e% M Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
$ o7 H' Y1 G. k. ]7 A) y. m  z A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
, o/ Z( o4 f7 s# t- u Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
5 p+ S1 B) N6 h- G0 v, |% d Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
