Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
2 G4 d) l& Q! U' v•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
, q0 ?8 m* B* y2 C" `- y•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
' O" a3 ]' H. s- ^4 k. S•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
5 y  g/ l: Y3 t. {- |•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
" e0 Q. k* `) R! G•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

0 H& X, F( P, m1 r  F# C•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
! N8 e2 n3 ~, A/ Q* C) W•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
9 E. F: {; u6 c# R- m5 D% \9 V' N•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
