> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

) F' \) z! l$ e> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ T- U- J$ }0 S" C> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
( J- Q- K- _1 o' {& M4 w! x5 H> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
/ G: _' {* y2 X> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
4 t. a, V& B- F3 v> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
3 T' V. o) ^8 A; i* @* ?% n5 U5 F> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

/ f( a0 @* w: \* P> · Maintain Active Directory.
/ e6 Q$ I4 R  Q9 C> · Maintain system backups.
: J; ]+ N& p- N  Q> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
  K! A% l; V/ e8 @5 X: y> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 U  ~$ l" m$ S  f. f' I> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
+ B& S, {# Z$ r> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
