• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required." f3 O9 O6 o3 ?3 {
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.5 e8 y2 ?1 b) u4 }
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).; [5 z9 I- a8 e8 l0 X4 `5 j
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Requirements:( S. n* O! I" F' `- s9 p
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
9 v# W2 _0 V) D9 G• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. 9 V0 ~/ x! O: h3 t
• Strong Union Relations experience required. 2 b% A) E; i2 d- s9 }
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
9 `/ X+ V1 z, T• CHRP Designation is an asset.
