Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
* T5 W: ]/ Z- {/ y7 ?2 x4 s) V•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
# u* Y8 k3 l1 C  N•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
1 d9 L  ^+ Z& D! [/ m2 O•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( o' t5 A/ L+ q) A2 W•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 K) g7 O  G  S3 h5 s: i$ [9 g•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
( v, x2 D1 Z; F" X•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

# X/ L+ f* @5 S/ B4 }3 S& UJob Requirements:
) @0 s9 W, O8 J( |8 I2 t, C; ^. H•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
, P& i: z. ?, y$ t# [  V" D/ \7 i•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
