•        Complete and post staff schedules # r3 c$ o0 A0 d, M
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
/ {% L0 [6 I" P9 _9 v9 A8 Q! }•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) C& J( P2 O/ m( }1 K+ K/ s+ |% [( k& f- D•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
0 p7 q6 I/ d3 F" i1 v1 X0 z•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date0 e8 K# o$ \/ h( r( t& V- B
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
# h. u& ~, @9 C•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
( s: h. q# Z$ u: ?2 g7 W•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales  ~/ p8 S7 o* K
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 7 Q3 z6 p" {- }3 _
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
& m+ _2 S9 N+ ]2 |•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:
3 a2 W% F- m' K$ V% w( v0 c# ?3 c  {# U
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# k: J/ `. a" AExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
9 M9 x  p! l& v8 \Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
% v0 Y- D9 M7 }+ _+ cPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
