请教一些关于西餐早餐

早餐里有一个用半个english muffins打底，在上面放个水煮蛋，还有菜或者肉，再在上面倒一些sauce，然后撒一些cheese碎，最后放在烤箱烤4，5分钟就完成了。我想知道这个叫什么？那个sauce叫什么？怎么做的？谢谢
