请教如何减免救护车费用？

上周户外活动出了意外，小腿严重骨折，活动方叫了救护车送医院，今天账单来了395块。本人3个月前刚Lay off，太太是Linc学生，孩子幼儿园，一直是低收入家庭（有税单为证），眼看腿伤未来3-6个月也不能就业。
4 ~% ]5 m/ W6 E请教这种情况可否申请救护车费用减免？如何申请？救死扶伤钱肯定应该要付的，只是400块对我目前的状况来说实在是高了点。。。
求指点！
