我是早些年国内直接技术移民过来的，不太了解现在的移民政策，想帮小侄子问问现在阿省提名和联邦移民都要不要雅思成绩？具体要求是多高？

NOC skill level criteria - education/training and other criteria

Skill level is referenced in the code for all occupations with the exception of management occupations. The 10 skill types, 0 to 9, are presented below and are also identified in the first digit of the NOC numerical code for all occupations.
