I can type chinese in my computer before, but now it desen't work anymore, so I really need somebody can give me some suggestion. thanks a lot!

Click control panel;
click "SWITCH TO CALSSIC VIEW;
click "rigional and language options"

follow up the instruactions and find out wha tu want.

I did follow your steps, but once I am done, when I type in chinese, the computer shows: Microsoft word has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Since I did change Chinese (PRC), please tell me what can I do now?

可能是双字节录入冲突
重新安装一个中文版的Office吧
