Staff Support provides short term clerical and administrative services to a variety of departments within the City of Edmonton. Successful candidates will join a diverse pool of talented individuals who are selected for temporary (1/2 day to 13 week) assignments. J1 }! y4 X9 B8 {

Grade 12 including business subjects with an emphasis on word and information processing or data entry; OR completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school /college
2 V; A- V$ i) p3 e& K, V" RMinimum of one year diversified clerical or administrative experience including reception, data entry, word and information processing7 B1 H+ M* ?! g
Demonstrated proficiency and experience with computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, ?5 N9 y, L& ]: ?( k; J+ E
Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, SAP, Mac, Posse and/or PeopleSoft are considered assets) B, ]* B$ R" |
Demonstrated ability to take and transcribe accurate meeting minutes is an asset
