Start your training at WBF in Edmonton and then make the move to Fort McMurray and earn while you learn through the Suncor Co-op program. This program prepares women to be considered for hire by Suncor as Haul Truck Operators for the Millennium Mine Project north of Fort McMurray.

The WBF Suncor Heavy Equipment Operator Program is structured as a 2-½ week classroom training segment at WBF in Edmonton and three months of paid, hands-on, co-op training by Suncor at their Millennium Mine Project north of Fort McMurray. Candidates that are successful in the training program and align with Suncor’s culture and safety standards will be considered for full-time employment at the mine. High school diploma or GED equivalency

Strong employment history and work references 0 Q. V5 s2 N* i6 @- @
Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift schedule – 12 hour shifts, 3 days, 3 nights and 6 days off + d0 e# C; o5 f4 f' L- S
Willing and able to go through pre-employment testing which includes drug and alcohol testing
