2.1% 贷款利率！！

刚刚在网上看到卖房，可以接手他的房贷，利率2.1%。有谁拿到过？？？

There was a chance for me to get 2.1% in 2011. But the bank (CIBC) didn't lock that rate for us. Eventually, we got 2.25% from TD (still 2011).

That is low... But you have to check whether the lender qualifies you to take over... Some Financial institutions still hold the original borrowers at fault if the new borrower is running into default. Good luck.
