" d8 Q! G1 D8 E( V$ D5 ]Responsible for the daily maintenance of the pawn store; including providing superb customer service and promoting the business of 107 Loan Centre.

$ R( `' R3 f: ^. FPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining professionalism at all times when representing 107 Loan Centre.
/ k6 d! S3 ]& R- n1 j( u& I3 Q• Promoting the business by developing professional relationships with clients, promoting marketing material.
# e. l- j+ J6 }• Partner with coworkers to create positive and memorable customer experience
! m! G) U. R9 S% b+ Z% d• Greet and interact with customers to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
5 M6 F, B4 m7 s0 \( `' W6 ]: K0 s• Assist customers with buying decisions Have a basic understanding of product values, loan terms, interest and collateral
• Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions
7 ~# t  h' d7 B# l* k* S* W• General store duties and other duties as assigned.

• Outstanding salesmanship

• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense

Mon-Fri: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Sat: 10:00am - 6:00pm

SALARY : Starting $12.50/hour – $15.00/hour (depending on experience and commitment)
