5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

" G5 h9 }0 E# J3 d3 S: s7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

3 k5 t/ a5 ~" G% _8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

1. Check order Accuracy in time manner

" M8 q& I5 X% t+ Y8 g5 o3. Order Checking according to guideline

5 _; Z. T/ X% }; a/ S4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

6 y7 E3 `( _' C6 t* ?( S( H6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

* y. {, b- x4 f, q6 V7. Follow up and report about order status
