Oomomo is a authentic Japanese variety store selling over 10,000 products, located at the West Edmonton Mall.

Responsibilities and Duties

9 w) \, X2 p# k" b2 A- Greeting customers and introducing our Japanese products
" z5 N" \' P0 P1 o% L9 |+ O  D
- Resolving customer issues effectively

' Z( @- L2 V. f- Perform POS (point of sales transactions) quickly and accurately

/ Y. m) E- {8 z9 A- Receiving shipment, replenishment of stocks

9 D! e& U5 ]" E- `5 _- t1 q- Ensure our store is visually appealing at all times

Qualifications and Skills

- Able to effectively communicate in verbal English, second language is a plus

7 `( A8 l. v( F  h9 d9 u. C. F# v- Excellent customer service and sales skills

- Motivated, upbeat and positive individual
