There are many advantages in doing this: If they have leadership ability, they can get things done by leading others, selling an idea, managing and working in teams. Others regard those valued employees as good examples who take the initiative in order to maximize their professional capabilities. On the whole, I think to value the best employees effectively in a preferential way is a critical skil required of leaders in managing an organization, and it leads to will enable them running to run their companies more smoothly and experience greater success and make them more successful .
