-组织和分发工作人员时间表

-打开和关闭商店

-装卸商品销售楼层分布

-设置地板和窗口显示

: e3 I1 u. \3 r( s' p-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

-必须能够处理多任务

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
- Z4 c3 f1 K% H- S, s6 A
, r! `; D7 b9 K( H- Organize and distribute staff schedules

( T3 J1 P- o% Z- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

7 @+ O; U9 {8 C: |% n" z- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

0 V+ o3 T" i5 W' v- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

; N# K! M! E' @/ h  g8 W4 d
; ^9 M6 \! X  R, Z4 Z* J: R- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task
% x5 b# c2 L  V* @* n3 g
- Prior experience is a plus+
4 p! J3 x, n4 h7 G' I  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
