Your Key Responsibilities
: {) B, Y4 G* y8 e•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; c  u4 k" c9 X' [- O7 {! N5 W•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
9 i8 ?. p) ^* Z1 R* p+ \/ C0 b•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
8 B  c9 Y: V& M  m•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
8 i5 w4 Q# Z" G5 z  F/ O) e. o•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

% z+ u5 Y6 J; }& VYour Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
% Y; Z' }, X8 }1 T! g•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
) I/ G7 w% d* U  G$ h•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
/ r. q# J. c7 a- M4 i•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
3 l. o! H% t! v•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
  M' k5 d/ T$ B" G" `' g7 _•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
. l+ K2 y  b7 T' f: S% V•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
