- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
7 B9 A4 x* q- ^: A/ k+ g- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly / R" r( E" P3 k+ m5 L, w' ~
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage: }9 ]; _, x" A) r# J/ o5 K
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative0 M. c! Q# i$ m* a4 Q1 H5 p/ t0 R
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 7 S& b' D: d4 E9 f8 \# R/ X7 v; r
- EDI accounts related work and others as required $ }9 L( r9 {- a" {5 A; d* b

( w' v3 F. b3 q7 \3 ?- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
3 ^( W+ _% i5 E6 ~2 D- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
; y: ]8 M  f0 u& v) ?8 G- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
: J1 L5 H9 {3 ?9 B! V7 W3 Z* n1 @1 Q% C- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.! a% t5 u& q9 J/ s( w. W! u
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.% d5 H7 {( u9 y1 s
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
4 ~. w5 i! z" m1 ]- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.

- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.7 [) Y: ?$ ^" e$ {' \
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.
