Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
& d( D9 G! k* s-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) T1 c4 {, z9 p( p$ u-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
+ P5 E* i: z3 n7 {4 o; ?-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
  \6 W$ @/ p8 R! C* R) H3 G-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
: i) s$ _. d9 Z/ g-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 u& M  C2 \. y4 s$ _: E-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
