- Secondary school graduate
8 M3 z4 x8 U9 L/ P4 Y2 M- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
8 f- v0 I! ]; v+ w( Z3 I( R- Professional appearance and attitude.
( a  a3 T5 e1 x$ R4 t5 \- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
9 @! c" a( g/ ^# X- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
