Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
* K! \, G( H/ S1 t$ t- Secondary school graduate
# E1 i2 e' c  E( C- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
" @4 l/ @. K" B% j# J- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
' T3 r& f% K  t( J6 S1 i- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

# d; Q/ ]! E5 d5 [3 G: j- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
; q, w3 ^+ q, t: P- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
